Job Description: Asbestos Surveyor
Minimum P402 qualified, (S301 preferred), plus minimum of 2 years surveying experience within a UKAS accredited company.
The successful applicant will be undertaking Asbestos Management & Asbestos Refurbishment / Demolition Surveys and sampling for a wide variety of clients, and building types to include commercial, industrial & residential properties. Part of their role will involve collating and producing comprehensive reports therefore good computer skills are essential. The successful applicant will be liaising with clients and helping build and maintain these relationships.
The majority of work will be undertaken in the South-east region. Experience of air monitoring / asbestos bulk analysis would be beneficial, although not essential.
Full Health and safety training provided, and ongoing refresher training. Successful applicants will be funded, trained and encouraged to take further qualifications within the industry as part of their professional development.
We are looking for a motivated, keen, presentable professional with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, capable of working alone and as part of a team. A good knowledge of current asbestos legislation is essential.
