Asbestos Analyst required to join an established asbestos consultancy in Brighton.
ENV Surveys Ltd. is looking for an Air Testing Analyst / Asbestos Analyst, to join our growing team in the South East.
Based in Brighton, the successful candidate will hold BOHS P403 and P404 Asbestos Qualifications and have a minimum of two years experience working for a UKAS accredited company. (Additional Asbestos Qualifications would be beneficial) The successful candidate will be provided with ongoing training and experience through a staged development process.
Asbestos analysts travel from site to site carrying out air testing and using a microscope to count fibres found in the air. Analysts also inspect asbestos removal projects and certify the areas as safe for re-occupation following a formal documented process.
The successful candidate will;
- Be presentable
- Have excellent communication skills (dealing with contractors on a daily basis)
- Be able to demonstrate attention to detail
- Hold a full, clean driving licence
- Be P403, P404 qualified
- Be able to work to flexible hours
The role is site based requiring extensive travelling and requires flexibility to accommodate periods of working weekends and out of hours.
